2023 Bird Spring Migration on our Land in Alentejo

This year we get to enjoy the spring migration of birds on our land for the first time, and we are pretty excited about it. Millions of birds cross the Detroit of Gibraltar every year to reach their breeding grounds in Europe. We decided to note the first day of the year we see each migrating species coming back, whether they just pass by to fly further north, or arrive to stay in our area for the season.
