Gum rockrose

The Gum rockrose is a flowering plant in the family Cistaceae, native to the western Mediterranean region. There are many throughout our land, and as the leaves of this shrub are evergreen, it gives a great bit of green color even in the hot summer when the landscape looks more brown.
